Shipping Policy:
We fulfill and ship all in stock items within 2-3 days of purchase. You will be in your LEAD gear within 7 days of your purchase date.
All PREORDERS are processed after the 1-2 weeks preorder window closes. The process from pre-order to shipment takes up to 4 weeks pending possible delays. You will receive timely status updates about your preorder.
Return policy:
Returns must be done WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
You can return ALL ITEMS from your order. But please see the below Items for ANY EXCEPTIONS to this rule:
Item must be returned UNWORN/ UNUSED and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitabe condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return*
